  1. Can I design my own card?

  1. Yes, you can upload your own designs to our site using our "Load Your Own Design" category. The "Load Your Own Design" Cards are specially designed templates that allow you the freedom of placing your existing design layouts on top of a blank worksheet. This gives you access to all of our mailing and printing options while freeing you to design your own postcards. You can build your card from scratch then load what you’ve done onto our templates. Create, save, and mail as many cards as you’d like.

  1. What is your delivery schedule?

  1. Once you submit payment and send your order to us, it goes into our mail queue, gets checked for list accuracy, and is then sent on to the printer. The processing timetable is as follows:

    *Flyer orders are printed immediately onsite. All orders are shipped UPS. Orders received by 1:00 pm PST are sent out the same business day. Orders received after 1:00 pm PST are shipped out the next business day, with UPS Ground shipping standard.

    *Postcard orders are processed within one business day, and are then delivered to the USPS for delivery. Orders received between 5:00 pm Friday and 8:00 am Monday are processed on Monday (The next business day.)

  1. What options do you provide for online farming?

  1. Our online mapping options give you the option to farm by choosing postal carrier routes from online maps, or by circle prospecting around a given address. There is no extra charge for using these options.

  1. What is the Postal Carrier Route option?

  1. This option lets you target local neighborhoods, and is designed for quick and easy use. You enter an address into our system, and click on the map that comes up. This will give you direct mail information for the USPS carrier route located in the area you select, breaking the route down by various demographics and letting you choose single family homes, multifamily homes, owner-occupied, renter-occupied, or any combination of the group. Address generation is automatic and CASS certified. Save as many areas as you’d like to your account for easy reuse.

  1. What does the Circle Prospecting tool do?

  1. The Circle Prospecting tool generates addresses around a center point. Enter in an address, choose single-family homes and/or multifamily homes, include renters if you wish, then select the number of addresses you’d like to mail to, and the system will pull that amount from around your central point.
