Delivery Information
In addition to offering great direct-mail prices, we provide quick, no-hassle, address targeting and delivery without any hidden costs.
- Use our exceptional advanced targeting address system as often as you like with your mailings!
- We do not add additional fees for labeling, sorting or delivering your order to the United States Postal Service (USPS).
- Our printing and distribution facility hand-delivers your presorted order to the USPS ensuring the fastest processing time for your direct mail.
- We do not charge extra for postage! Our system adds postage to your order automatically.
- If you choose to provide your home mailing address, we will deliver two additional copies of every postcard order to your home at no extra charge.

Once you submit payment and send your order to us, it goes into our mail queue, gets checked for list accuracy, and is sent to the printer. The processing timetable is as follows:
*Flyer orders are printed immediately onsite. All orders are shipped via the United Postal Service (UPS). Orders received by 3:00 pm PST are sent out the same business day. Orders received after 3:00 pm PST are shipped out the next business day, with 2nd day UPS shipping standard.
*Postcard orders are processed within one business day, and are then brought to the United States Postal Service (USPS) for delivery. Orders received between 5:00 pm Friday and 8:00 am Monday are processed on Monday (The next business day.)
How long will it take before my cards reach the public?
Delivery times vary dependant on location and order timeframe. Average delivery time for West Coast mailings is 5-7 business days. Average delivery time on orders placed elsewhere in the country is 7-10 business days. Holidays, weekends, and postal delivery guidelines can also affect delivery.
Can you guarantee the exact delivery date?
No, however, we can always verify the order date, the printing date, and the date the order was handed over to the USPS or UPS for delivery.
How will I know my order has been received? Will I get a confirmation email? Where will it be sent?
At the end of the order process, you will reach a screen thanking you for your order and notifying you that an email confirmation has been sent to your email address.
Can I get sample cards sent to me, so I know approximately when my cards are reaching the public?
Yes, the printer will automatically print a sample card for each order you place and send them to the billing address you have listed in your file at no extra charge to you!
